Ingredients of Dahi Chicken
750 gms boneless chicken
100 gms dahi
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil
2 Green chilli
2 nos onion, 1 paste and 1 chopped
1/2 tsp gota garam masala
1/2 tsp black pepper

Step By Step Recipe

Step 1: Mix the chicken well with curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, black pepper and oil.

Step 2: Smear the chicken pieces thoroughly with the curd mix.

Step 3: Keep aside the bowl for marination for 60 minutes.

Step 4: Take oil in a pan and saute gota garam masala in it.

Step 5: Add paste onion to the pan.

Step 6: Mix them together and add the marinated chicken pieces to it.

Step 7: Mix it well and bring to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 8: Add chopped onion and mix to the gravy.

Step 9: Add 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste.

Step 10: Serve warm Dahi Chicken with rice or roti or fried rice for the ultimate Bengali comfort food! Enjoy!
