Egg Curry – Easy Home Recipe

Spicy Egg Curry – a popular Indian curry which is best enjoyed with plain rice or Indian breads like paratha and roti.
Egg Curry is a deliciously rich onion tomato gravy, tastes exactly like the ones you get in dhabas. These are perfect with some rice or paratha and fresh salad on the side. Step by step video included after the recipe.

3 pcs – Egg 1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
3 pcs – Potato 1/2 tsp – Jira Powder
1 pc – Onion 1/2 tsp – Dhone Powder
1 pc – Tometo 1/2 tsp – Sugar
1 – Green Chilli 2 tsp – Mustered Oil
1/2 tsp – Ginger Paste Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp – Garlic Paste

Step 1: Boiled egg and potato.

Step 2: Fry egg and potato with salt and turemeric as per video.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add sugar, then add onion.

Step 4: When the onion browns, add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for a minute.

Step 5: Then add dhone, jira, turemic and salt fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6: Add the spices all at the same time, stir, then add the tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7: Add 1/2 cup water, cover the pan and cook until the tomatoes break down 3-4 minutes.

Step 8: Add the fry eggs, potato and mix well. Leave it for 2-3 minutes with cover in low flame.

Step 9: Serve hot with any hot rice or roti.
