Navratan Fried Rice – Easy Home Recipe



Navratan Fried Rice prepared with dry fruits and fresh veggies is super scrumptious and sumptuous to eat. Apart from nice taste and flavor this dish is too appealing as well. It is best for any special occasion or party.

5 cup cooked long grain basmati rice 100 gm paneer cubes 2-3 cardamoms 1/2 – capsicum (green pepper) 3-4 cinnamon stice 1/2 – red bell pepper 1 inch cloves 1/2 – yellow bell pepper 8-10 black pepper 1/2 cup chopped carrots 4 tsp refined oil 1/2 cup green peas 2 bay leaves 1/2 cup chopped beans salt as per taste 1/2 cup cashew nuts 1 tsp – Vinegar 1/4 cup raisins

Step 1: Heat a pan and put ghee in it and fry the dry fruits and keep them aside.

Step 2: In the same pan put the paneer cubes and fry them till they become golden brown in colour and also keep them aside.

Step 3: In the same pan put all the whole spices together and saute them for 20 seconds.

Step 4: Then add all the chopped veggetables together and saute it and cover it for 5-6 minutes till they become cooked.

Step 5: Then add salt and boiled rice in it and mix it well.

Step 6: Add fried paneer and dry fruits in it.

Step 7: Mix it well and again cook it for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.

Step 8: Now your Navratan Fried Rice is ready.

Step 9: Serve hot with any curry.
